Terms of Service

FINANSIST (app.finansist.io) is a workspace for authoring and configuring crypto strategies. This release supports saved strategies and acquiring existing marketplace listings; runnable Testing Center simulations, historical replay and publishing new listings are not available. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Everything denominated in currency in the Testing Center is virtual. In this release:

• owner virtual treasury amounts describe configuration readiness, not an executed run
• run balances, positions, trades and returns are unavailable
• no user-facing replay or forward-simulation results are provided

FINANSIST accepts no deposits, executes no real orders, holds no customer assets and is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian or investment adviser. Nothing on the platform can put real funds at risk, and no virtual balance can be redeemed for real money.

Nothing on FINANSIST is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Strategies shown on the platform — marketplace listings and anything you or other users build — have NO PROVEN EDGE. Past test performance predicts nothing about future results, virtual or real. If you trade real money anywhere based on anything you saw here, that is entirely your own decision and risk.

You need a valid email address and a password to register; keep the password confidential — actions taken under your session are yours. One person may not use the platform to interfere with other users' data, probe or overload the service, or attempt to access accounts that are not theirs.

Strategies you publish to the marketplace are your content; publishing grants FINANSIST the right to display them (name, tagline, parameters and virtual track record) to other users. New publication and forward track records are unavailable in this release; existing listings do not establish verified execution performance. Following a strategy does not move money in the Testing Center.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Danger zone, or by emailing support at hello@finansist.io from your registered address. Deletion permanently removes your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy. Strategies you published are removed from the public Market.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change or be interrupted at any time. Because no real funds are ever involved, the operator's liability arising out of the service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance.
